Welcome to Community Pharmacy!

I want to thank you for taking the time to read this introduction to my philosophy of care…

At Community Pharmacy, you will find a pharmacy that is proficient, inventive, and easy to work with.

It is our mission to provide the kind of care to you that we would want for our own families.   We take the time to get to know your needs and wants, and work with you to get the best possible outcomes.  We dialogue with your doctors to ensure a continuity of care that can benefit both doctor and patient.

We are a compounding pharmacy.  I began compounding prescriptions when my son was diagnosed with autism and required specially-made prescription products. Since then, we have expanded our compounding services to provide combinations of medications and treatment options that aren’t readily available.

In addition to compounded prescription drugs, we also carry organic, raw, and whole-food products. Our selection of vitamins, herbal supplements, enzymes, and meal supplements are gluten-free and do not contain other allergens. Community Pharmacy is a “one-stop-shop”.

I look forward to working with you to meet your unique needs!

Best regards,

Jeff Farace, RPh
