Shipping

If I am out of Community Pharmacy’s delivery proximity, can my product be shipped to me?

Yes, we have no problem shipping out packages to your home or office for an additional shipping fee. We ship products using USPS and Fed-Ex.

Can my medications be shipped from Community Pharmacy overnight?

Yes, your product can be shipped overnight for an additional shipping fee. Please be sure to give us advanced notice that your package needs to be shipped overnight so that we can get your package to a shipping facility before they close that day.

Can products that need to remain cold be shipped?

Yes, we often send out packages with icepacks in order to keep them cold. These products are usually shipped on an overnight basis for an additional shipping fee.

If my product is fragile, can it still be shipped?

Yes, Community Pharmacy will do all they can to ensure that your product will be shipped without damage.

As a Physician, I am interested in direct shipment to my patients. Can Community Pharmacy ship directly to my patients?

Yes, we can ship directly to your patients. Please let us know that this is what the patient has requested or ask them to call us at (410) 749-1899 to notify us. We will contact your patient to arrange shipment.

If my package has not arrived in the suggested time that it should have, what should I do?

We keep confirmation numbers on each package that we ship so that we can track them. Just give us a call at (410) 749-1899 and we will work with you to find out what the situation might be or as to why it has not arrived at the specified time.

Can I track my package?

Yes, give us your email address and we will forward to USPS or FedEx so that they may contact you.

Payment

Can I pay for my medications over the phone with a credit card?

Yes, we will be happy to take your payment over the phone using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. And, if you would like us to save your credit card information on our computer for your next purchase, we can do that as well.

Is there a way I can pay for a friend or family member’s prescription(s) in advance?

Sure thing. You have three payment options. You can call us with your credit card and we will post that amount to their account. You can drop off a check or cash to our pharmacy location. Or, you can purchase a gift certificate for that person to use each time that they come in to our store.

I would like to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy to Community Pharmacy, how do I go about that?

The process is simple. Just give us a call at (410) 749-1899 and we will retrieve some information from you and contact your old pharmacy to transfer your prescriptions.

I have moved and now have a new doctor and cell phone number. I am also now aware of a new allergy that I have. How can I update my information on file at Community Pharmacy?

It is very important that we keep information like this up-to-date on your file at Community Pharmacy. Whenever something changes, please give us a call at (410) 749-1899 or e-mail us.

I received a letter in the mail that I do not understand from a medication company. Can someone at Community Pharmacy help me?

Unfortunately, there are many scams out there, so please be careful when observing letters from unfamiliar companies. Bring in a questionable piece of mail and we will be happy to analyze it for legitimacy.

It is snowing badly outside, how do I know if you are still open?

When there is severe inclement weather or conditions that may pose danger or harm to our employees, we will close. Upon closing, an emergency message alert will be posted on our phone system when you call (410) 749-1899 notifying you when we will re-open and what to do in case of an emergency. We will also post the closing on our Facebook page.

I would like to take in a list of my medications to my doctor, tax person, or send it off to my insurance company. Can I get that from Community Pharmacy?

Absolutely! We print customer profiles all the time for personal use, insurance requirements, tax reimbursements, or to take to your doctor. Just give us a call at (410) 749-1899 and ask for a print-off for your medications and we will be happy to get that right away for you. We can even mail it to you, if needed.
